This isn't a general fund. Families and agencies apply so we know the child's name, the sport, and what it costs. Your donation goes to a specific child with a specific goal — right here in Nashville.
Funds raised go directly toward placing a child in an extracurricular — registration, equipment, and uniforms covered.
We work with Nashville foster families, caseworkers, and agencies. When you donate, you're not guessing where it goes — we can tell you the child's name, the sport, and exactly what your support made possible.

FORM Wellness is Nashville's home for ozone sauna, cold plunge, IV therapy, and clinical wellness — on 12 South. From day one it's been built on a simple belief: that showing up for yourself and showing up for your community aren't separate things.
Whatever It Takes is how FORM Wellness lives that out. FORM members receive a wearable payment band included with their membership or package — and a portion of sales from every FORM band goes directly to Whatever It Takes.
